Lake Meredith National Recreation Area off Highway 287, our camp for the night before driving on to Boulder.
It was pretty there.
Jenn stalked, sighted and photographed what we believe to be a Downy Woodpecker.
Yoga at a Rest Stop en route to Boulder.
We counted birds of prey along our way, this guy was number 19. (What kind is it?)
He/she was pretty when she/he flew off.
Hike Number One: Eldorado State Park Visitor Center. I think the rangers feed the squirrels peanuts and the peanuts make their ears grow to mammoth proportions.
We hiked the Rattlesnake Gulch Trail and it looked like this.
Just after we trespassed onto and off of the train tracks, a train passed.
King of the Mountain. (acting not so very kingly)
Look! White mountains.
Don't mess with Tigger - you will get the teeth.
Where's the rock climber?
For those of you that failed. Try, try again.
Hike Numero Seung: Ceran St. Vrain Trail. (WTF kind of name is that??)
Robert went ice skating. (We also brought the zoom lens - the rest of his body didn't fit in the frame.)
Robert is standing about a football field away.
It took 9 of the 10 second delay to sprint from the camera to Robert.
American Robin.
Short Update: We are in Boulder, CO.

All's well, the world feels right again. The Red and Rob show is rolling again!
Jenn,
Nice bookshelf. I wish it displayed all of your books at once. Let me know how you like the Science of Happiness (I'm assuming that it is your most recent read).
Ha. Yeah I like the Shelfari bookshelf feature. They just updated the site though and it messed up my code. It was displaying a book I plan to read, not what I am currently reading as I had wished. I will let you know when I get to the science of happiness though! You can see my full bookshelf here: http://www.shelfari.com/redheadedcurry
How's See-tul treating you?
