Offer the cash, never the full amount, see if they take it. Always be polite, respectful. Smile unless sadness would work better. Get a price up front??? Learn some phrases, "Oh, bad deal", smiling, "No, no, I lose", sad face. Think of some of your own. Remember you have the cash, they don't.
