Just wanted to say hi, since I haven't commented in a while. I have still been diligently reading along. Miss you bunches, so excited about the grad school interviews. I need an update on that! I made red curry last night from the Thai Fresh recipe and thought of you (but alas, I ate your portion!).

Get a close up shot. Might be taro or sweet potato. Taro has large elephant ear leaves and grows in water like a rice paddy.
