Again! You must be inspecting these pictures very closely. The girls back there are fry cooks. They are wearing the masks to not breathe the fumes or get splattered. They are also wearing these arm coverings, like hose for your arms, but thicker. We have seen both the arm coverings and the masks worn by many people in Southeast Asia, for various reasons - smog, car fumes, sun protection, warmth. They are everywhere.
I wanted to take a picture of the fry cooks because they were both wearing multi-colored masks and arm coverings, but I was too shy.
