Old Sukhothai: Wat Chi Chum

It is an open air Mondop. The Buddha is very large compared with the
rest of the room. This Buddha is also known as the "legendary talking
buddha" because there is a passage way that accesses the crossbeam of
the mondop, near the top of the walls and if you talk inside the
passageway, it sounds like the Buddha is talking, or so they say. The
passageway was gated off when we visited.
